Our Suggestions

Ensure that you have your Comfy Carry at the correct adjustment for you and your baby. If your baby is being carried too low, you could be placing unnecessary strain on your lower back.

Experiment with the sling as there are many ways to hold your baby in the Comfy Carry. Practice will ensure confidence in all positions and it may actually help to this in front of a mirror until you feel more assured.

Read the Instructions for Use outlined above before you start. If you are still having difficulties, consult our troubleshooting section below for additional advice.

Troubleshooting

What to do when you or your baby are small:

Remove and undo the Comfy Carry completely, thread more of the fabric through the clip and tie the ends to secure. You can twist the shoulder pad a few times before fastening the clip to make the length of the Comfy Carry shorter. The twist will be between your shoulder blades - not at all affecting you or your baby's comfort. This can be useful when there are 2 people of different sizes using the sling.

What to do when there is more of you to love:

Simply put the Comfy Carry on back to front with the shoulder pad facing towards the back. The most amount of netting is now at the front where you need it.

Using the Comfy Carry with newborns:

Your baby will let you know if he or she is not comfortable. Most babies love the snuggling security of the Comfy Carry; after all they have been curled up for many months in-utero! The unique design of the Comfy Carry ensures adequate ventilation for your baby while they are in the sling. Newborns may prefer to be cocooned completely, that is, with their legs in.

Do I need to remove the Comfy Carry to breastfeed my baby?

No. The sling has been specifically designed to use while breastfeeding and can actually help with positioning and posture.
